TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The booking of the property implies the acceptance of the regulations detailed here below.
The person making the booking accepts personal responsibility for following them, including for other guests.

Prices are given in Euros and are per apartment per night.
The price agreed for the duration of the stay includes gas, water, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, weekly cleaning (kitchenette cleaning excluded and is the responsibility of the guests) and final cleaning.
The price does not include the security deposit to cover any damages.

You can book the apartment online using the booking system on our website.
To confirm the reservation, personal details, a telephone number, e-mail address, the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be provided, and payment made by bank transfer or Paypal. It is also possible to pay on arrival leaving the credit card details as a guarantee. The credit card data will be deleted at the end of the customer's stay.
The reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received.
In case of any problems using of the online booking system, it is possible to request quotes and information using the form on the "Contact" page of the website.

"Refundable" bookings
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival.
The entire amount paid will be returned within 15 working days of cancellation.
Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
In case of no show, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the agreed reservation will be retained.
The reservation can be cancelled, before the deadline, by sending an email to: info@appartamentilemuse.it.

"Non-Refundable" bookings
If you have booked with this special tariff, the full amount paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Check-in from 11:30 to 20:00.
Check-out by 10:30.
Possibility of arrival at different times on request.
As there is no reception service, guests are requested to notify us (by email to info@appartamentilemuse.it or by calling +39 348 5118693) of their exact arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure someone is at the property to meet them and go through the check-in procedure. On arrival, all guests must show a valid identity document.

All keys should be returned on the day of departure. In case of loss of keys, a charge of € 20.00 will be made.
The apartment must be vacated before 10.30 am, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event that we are forced to cancel the booking due to force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid.

All the equipment of the apartment is inventoried in a document that we deliver to guests on arrival and that is valid for the check before departure.

These regulations are valid with immediate effect.
Failure to comply with any one of the above rules will result in the cancellation of the booking and the removal of the guests from the apartment with the loss of all monies already paid.
